自定义表单

某些情况下，默认表单的字段无法满足业务需求，就需要进行字段的自定义。
以这样一个例子举例说明：
创建一个表单
表单字段 之 输入框
字段一般有多种类型，一般“输入框是用得最多”
添加的字段会在最后面，可以自己拖动在前面。
字段可设置的属性在右边。
字段的名称如果更改，一定要点击保存！
使用经验
如果要修改某个字段，一定要点击，确保右侧的属性是这个字段，避免误操作！
